How to downgrade your services

Because of a WHMCS glitch, we have disabled automatic downgrading. To downgrade your service, please follow these instructions.

1. Log in to your client account at: https://cloudexis.net/clientarea.php

 

2. Click 'Open Ticket' and click 'Billing'.

 

3. In the 'Subject' text box type "Downgrade service".

 

4. In the 'Related Service' dropdown, select the service you would like to change.

 

5. In the 'Message' text box, type what you would like to change your service to.

 

6. After you are done, click 'Submit' and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
